Regenesys Business School is refusing to pay my referral bonus and keeps giving me excuses I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how Regenesys Business School has handled my referral bonus matter. Last year, I referred three students to the school. I completed the referral process, signed the necessary forms, and submitted all the required documents, including my banking details, as requested. I was promised that I would receive a referral bonus for the students I referred. After months of waiting and constant follow-ups, I was later contacted by Rejoice Mokoena who then told me that they would not pay for all three students, and that I would only be paid for two students, because one student is apparently on a flexible payment plan. Even after accepting that explanation, I was told that payment for the two qualifying referrals would be processed. Till today, I have still not received a cent. This matter has now been dragging on for 4 to 5 months, and I am honestly tired of being sent from pillar to post with no proper communication, no accountability, and no payment. It is deeply unfair and unacceptable for an institution to make promises, benefit from referrals, and then fail to honour its commitment once their side needs to be fulfilled. I did my part. The students were referred. The forms were completed. The details were submitted. So why is payment suddenly such a problem? At this point, this feels like deliberate delaying tactics and complete disregard for people’s time, effort, and financial needs. People have responsibilities, bills, and obligations to meet. You cannot promise compensation and then go silent or keep postponing payment with no resolution. I am publicly requesting that Regenesys Business School release my referral payment immediately and provide a proper explanation as to why this has been delayed for so long. If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further and consider taking legal action for breach of agreement and unfair business practice. This level of treatment is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly cruel
⸻ 📢 Complaint: Unpaid Referral Bonus – Regenesys Business School I am extremely frustrated with how my referral bonus has been handled by Regenesys Business School. In 2025, I referred three students to the institution and was Assisted by Rejoice Mokoena, was also promised a referral bonus. I completed and signed all the required referral forms and submitted my banking details as requested. To date, I have not received any payment. In December, I followed up and was informed that payment would only be processed once the students’ fees reflected on their accounts. However, I am aware that the payments have already been made, as the students I referred are funded through bursaries, and those funds have been paid. After that, I was told that I would need to wait for the financial year-end. According to communication I received, the financial year-end has already passed—yet I am still being told to wait, with no clear timeline or resolution. I have made multiple attempts to follow up, but I am now being ignored. This lack of communication and accountability is highly unprofessional. I am simply asking for what was promised to me. I fulfilled my part by referring students and completing all required documentation. It is also concerning to see that I am not the only one experiencing this issue, as there are similar complaints from others. Regenesys, please do the right thing and pay what is owed
