📢 Complaint: Unpaid Referral Bonus – Regenesys Business School

I am extremely frustrated with how my referral bonus has been handled by Regenesys Business School.

In 2025, I referred three students to the institution and was Assisted by Rejoice Mokoena she promised a referral bonus. I completed and signed all the required referral forms and submitted my banking details as requested.

To date, I have not received any payment.

In December, I followed up and was informed that payment would only be processed once the students’ fees reflected on their accounts. However, I am aware that the payments have already been made, as the students I referred are funded through bursaries, and those funds have been paid.

After that, I was told that I would need to wait for the financial year-end. According to communication I received, the financial year-end has already passed—yet I am still being told to wait, with no clear timeline or resolution.

I have made multiple attempts to follow up, but I am now being ignored. This lack of communication and accountability is highly unprofessional.

I am simply asking for what was promised to me. I fulfilled my part by referring students and completing all required documentation.

It is also concerning to see that I am not the only one experiencing this issue, as there are similar complaints from others.

Regenesys, please do the right thing and pay what is owed
