Hi, Dealdirect keeps deducting money from my account for no Reason and I need them to stop deducting from my back account money and stop ****ming me and taking my money i tried calling them and they are unreachable and my bank said i should call them but I cant reach them.

The have taken my money in my bank account without my consen i don't know anything about i m calling them the number it doesn't go through can they reverse my my money and cancell what ever the lie under my name. Even my email they don't respond cause of ***** and ****ming they doing am angry i need my money

They work with this ON Air who are both ****s. ON Air sells you a product without mentioning that they sell an additional item from a service provider which is DealDirect. When you cancel, try don't mention that you are canceling the one product and not the other. When you attempt to cancel with this deal direct, they tell you of a 20 working day for the debit order to be canceled, effectively milking you off on another months subscription of this month to month subscription. They refuse to give refunds and the call centre agent Kerad ( I might have gotten the name wrong) is an extremely rude to say the least.

Im Siphelele Gxaleka and was recently contacted by a lady from deal direct about qualifying for a TGIF account for an amount of R1800 and that i will only pay R199 monthly i should just go to clicks and collect a sim card...Im not happy with this and i want to cancel that R199 Debi check MN64915682-1

This company needs serious investigation or at least a review of their sales practices. Despite immediate cancellation once I started receiving emails congratulating me for signing up for a whole plethora of 'services' im not remotely interested in (the deal was for vouchers, not Uconnect SIM and magazine sub scriptions), and subsequent confirmation by email they company still tried debiting my account for R199, and I definitely did not authorise the Debi-check, , i definitely cancelled it (option 2). When I queried this, I was informed that there is a 20 working day cancellation period, also, not mentioned in the sales call. I will not pay them and I have received zero 'services' anyway. Im looking at possibilities to litigate this process if they continue trying to get subs especially since its clear they have a way of bypassing Debi-check, a massive concern. I'm addressing this with my bank too. I have all the correspondence from them just not the recording of the sales call.
