Im Siphelele Gxaleka and was recently contacted by a lady from deal direct about qualifying for a TGIF account for an amount of R1800 and that i will only pay R199 monthly i should just go to clicks and collect a sim card...Im not happy with this and i want to cancel that R199 Debi check MN64915682-1
<p>I'm siphelele Gxaleka and hold an account @ capitec bank. On 23-09-16 i transfered an amount of R400 using cellphone banking but from the banking app, the funds had not reflected on my friends account of which we had to later visit a branch to enquire and we were told the funds had been transfered to another account holder reason being that the cell number she had initialy registered with was recycled by network provider since it was inactive. The consultant who had assisted us called one of your centers so the funds can be frozen because we had no clue who this person was. On the day i was given this incident no. ********** 8 i then made a follow up about 7 working days after was given another reference ********** 6 to say that it was still being investigated as they couldnt get hold of this Ms Moloi. To cut the story short few days after second ref i re-visited the branch and a guy told me that this is a civil case as they cannot transact on this persons account without her authorisation i mean these are my funds as it does reflect on your side that the money was from my account and so he told me to open a case @ SAPS that is unacceptable i need whats left of my money from this unknown account holder.</p> <p>My details are acc no: ********** 522</p> <p>Cellphone: ********** 355</p>
