The have taken my money in my bank account without my consen i don't know anything about i m calling them the number it doesn't go through can they reverse my my money and cancell what ever the lie under my name. Even my email they don't respond cause of ***** and ****ming they doing am angry i need my money

Bad customer services
They gave me router which did not even last for 2 weeks they claimed to be unlimited the consultant said so eish am very ****ed of with rain no one got back to me to resolve the matter.

Poor services
I took a router which did not work but never stopped charging me they did not want to come fetch it but they charging me more money.

Mtn never did what they promised.
Mtn did me dirty I don't wanna lie since 2023 they delivered wrong phones and not at my house they promised me to fetch them after the started debting my money from account they gave me 3 to 7 working days they never showed up and I went to different mtn stored to return phone they did not want to take cause was an online order. Mtn they like ****mers their services it total poor

Poor service @ House n home pavillion
I labyb a tv in house and home westville pavilion than i did tell them my contract was terminated then they said i should bring my papers to be refunded my money i did all the process from Saturday.....till now am the one who is doing follow ups when i asked about my money i called them the said they don't have any money in the shop to refund me back the will tell me when they have it. Then i asked when cause days are going they said the don't know when the will give the money Am very disappointed with house and home in pavilion they have a poor service.
