This company needs serious investigation or at least a review of their sales practices. Despite immediate cancellation once I started receiving emails congratulating me for signing up for a whole plethora of 'services' im not remotely interested in (the deal was for vouchers, not Uconnect SIM and magazine sub scriptions), and subsequent confirmation by email they company still tried debiting my account for R199, and I definitely did not authorise the Debi-check, , i definitely cancelled it (option 2). When I queried this, I was informed that there is a 20 working day cancellation period, also, not mentioned in the sales call. I will not pay them and I have received zero 'services' anyway. Im looking at possibilities to litigate this process if they continue trying to get subs especially since its clear they have a way of bypassing Debi-check, a massive concern. I'm addressing this with my bank too. I have all the correspondence from them just not the recording of the sales call.
I'm truly impressed by the complete change in service delivery from Takealot. I used to have endless hassles befor but over the last 6 months, Takealot JHB and CPT have been exemplary in every aspect, from ordering goods, resolving returns and credits very efficiently and quick response to any problem along the chain of delivery. Well done to the entire team. I'd like to make a specioal mention of the drivers assigned to the Benoni AH area. They are solid gold, going above and beyond to deliver.
Wow! Talk about the extra mile. Stefan and the team made my purchase a very pleasant one from start to finish. I bought a Gamo Big Cat 1250 and the riflearrived ahead of schedule in perfect order. At every step, I knew where the transaction was and I ouldn't be happier. Good manners too. Breath of fresh air in my opinion.
The staff at Pizza Perfect Rynfield are a seriously good team. I have only ever had good food and good service from them. Their menu is awesome and well prepared. Just do yourself a huge favour and order the Rocky Road dessert pizza along with your order. There are no words which could do that delightful offering justice. Deliveries are prompt, so you get it hot!
As a client since June 2020, I have not had ONE hour downtime on the 4G package I use. When I have had issues caused by myself, the friendly, prompt service has always been exemplary. The portal, both mobile and pc based, is extremely easy to use and managing my account is a breeze. No other ISP has ever been this efficient in my experience. I've moved twice since getting the service and each time I have connected without issues. I stream movies, hotspot my phone and have three simultaneous connections going without stutter. I highly recommend Rain as the best ISP you can do business with.
Today, 18th December 2017, I received possibly the worst service I have yet experienced in my life from the owner of this franchise. Here's what happened. I ordered a pizza via telephone from the store at 12:45. I am a regular customer, so didn't expect delays or problems. I received a call from the driver at 13:31 to say he is at the gate. He was at a completely different address, so I directed him to where I was. He still could not locate the address. Thabiso, bless his soul, called to apologise and offered me a fresh, hot pizza which I accepted. FIVE minutes later, the delivery arrived via s******. The pizza was cold and squashed, the smiling driver expecting me to pay for that sub-standard item. I refused the pizza and he returned to the store. Thabiso called again and offered me a fresh hot pizza again but this time I refused and asked that the store owner contact me. Nothing happened, so I posted a complaint on the website. Lindi responded quickly and apologized. She also informed me that she had requested that the store owner contact me. ****ha Pillay did indeed contact me via email, not bothering to call me in person despite having my number, to apologize and said it wouldn't happen again, all the while defending the bad service. I will not support that particular store and recommend that nobody else should either. Perhaps all they care about is money, not their customers, quality of service nor quality of their products.
