My experience has been the most stressful and traumatic from day 1, I even went as far as canceling contract and the ****** me R2650 to cancel , but they still deduction money, what a useless company, lack of communication, you get push from pillar to post when trying to resolve the matter,, everyone makes the rules that suits them, I feel, I was targeted for money than being a customer, shame I feel sorry for people who still use cartrack, I have discouraged my family and friends from using them

The Best Ever
Cartrack is the absolute best, Thoko Sithole is so friendly while being so professional, she always makes you feel that you are a V.I.P and caters to your needs. It would be wonderful if all service providers staff were just like her.

Bad service, incorrect billing
I regret the day I took cartrack and will never recommend to anyone. I informed them to reinstall a unit in a car I was reading, they did not do it yet they continue wanting to charge me. I asked them for installation of tracker in my new car, it took them months to install,and then they will debit whenever they feel like it.Wjen you reverse they double the amount the following month. When you call and question, no one wants to take responsibility,you will taken from pillar to post. Their service is terrible, bit once you jump payment they will call you off the hook.

Cartrack vanderbijlpark but actually the wholer cartrack dont expect a service
How many reviews must i write to get an reaction?again we call we asked nothing but nothing hapoened never come to install unit but deduct it already from bankaccount. Is this the way to do business?so cartrack....tell me if i come into a situation you even wont know because i dont have a unit yet and also is this your motto for your business we deduct but cannot show up for what we actuslly have to

Cartrade is disgusting
! basicaly one of my life bigeat regrets is buying a car from them a guy named cornè strydom ********** was the sales consultent . so basically what happened was i bought a car for my fiance a huyndai atos 1.1 gls auto for R65000.00 cash deal after 2weeks of owning the car 654km driven the car starts overheating plus it has a miss on the engin i stoped the carvamd called corne strydom and send him videos and photos of what the car did he then told me to drive the car back to boksburg from the westrand knowing that the car overheats .. i did as what was asked from me upon taking the car back the car overheated 3times in 45 km . eventually i get there explain the problem and he tells me its because i drove the car while overheating that the car is now broken even though this was happening from the time i called him ! anyway so i met the `mechanic` who then told me it was the head gasket that blew and it needs to be repaired i said ok thats fine please fix it after a week he calls me and tells me that ok now the car is fixed i drive all the way back to fetch the car . get back into the car drive around the block just to relise the car is still doing the exact same thing i tell him listen the car is still doing the same after a back and forth convo about its fixed or not he storms off to go get the owner witch then drove the car and said quote I FEEL WHAT YOU MEEN IT IS STILL DOING THE SAME LET ME FIX IT unquote . i then again said ok no problen and thank you on monday i got a whatsapp saying the car is fixed i can go collect . driving to boksburg again for the 3rd time now . got the car and again the car still not fixed drove it home as for it happened on my way home on the high way i called them no answer whatsapp no answer . i took pics of the termastat that was cut to make it free flowing as if that is going to help the car still overheating plus no comeback from car trade . i wish that people can just be honest about things and tell a person straight what is going on !
