Honey hungry business, they use clauses the suits them
Worst experience ever, if anyone is ever looking to be ****** money, they can use this company, no 1, I was not assisted to recover my bike, no 2 when I wanted to cancell it they demanded 2650 cancelation fee, and I paid it sent to people involved, after that they still deducted money from my account, when I enquire they extended 2 months without cancelation, then I again I was expecting to pay more money because they failed to cancel my contract as, I told them

Very bad experience with this company, every one makes their own rules to milk money from you, I even went as far as canceling contract but still, they deducting money, mind you I paid R2650 cancelation fee, which I was told about, what is this😡

My experience has been the most stressful and traumatic from day 1, I even went as far as canceling contract and the ****** me R2650 to cancel , but they still deduction money, what a useless company, lack of communication, you get push from pillar to post when trying to resolve the matter,, everyone makes the rules that suits them, I feel, I was targeted for money than being a customer, shame I feel sorry for people who still use cartrack, I have discouraged my family and friends from using them

Dissappointing and shocking service
Very bad experience, unprofessional stuff, this company has tormented me, I needed their service at night while I was alone, promised to be assisted but no one came, and now I'm being threatened if I don't pay WHAT IS THIS 😡 are they for the community or fir themselves, absolutely shocking. My family and friends will not be using this company anymore
