Bad service, incorrect billing

I regret the day I took cartrack and will never recommend to anyone. I informed them to reinstall a unit in a car I was reading, they did not do it yet they continue wanting to charge me.

I asked them for installation of tracker in my new car, it took them months to install,and then they will debit whenever they feel like it.Wjen you reverse they double the amount the following month. When you call and question, no one wants to take responsibility,you will taken from pillar to post.

Their service is terrible, bit once you jump payment they will call you off the hook.
