Cartrade is disgusting
! basicaly one of my life bigeat regrets is buying a car from them a guy named cornè strydom ********** was the sales consultent . so basically what happened was i bought a car for my fiance a huyndai atos 1.1 gls auto for R65000.00 cash deal after 2weeks of owning the car 654km driven the car starts overheating plus it has a miss on the engin i stoped the carvamd called corne strydom and send him videos and photos of what the car did he then told me to drive the car back to boksburg from the westrand knowing that the car overheats .. i did as what was asked from me upon taking the car back the car overheated 3times in 45 km . eventually i get there explain the problem and he tells me its because i drove the car while overheating that the car is now broken even though this was happening from the time i called him ! anyway so i met the `mechanic` who then told me it was the head gasket that blew and it needs to be repaired i said ok thats fine please fix it after a week he calls me and tells me that ok now the car is fixed i drive all the way back to fetch the car . get back into the car drive around the block just to relise the car is still doing the exact same thing i tell him listen the car is still doing the same after a back and forth convo about its fixed or not he storms off to go get the owner witch then drove the car and said quote I FEEL WHAT YOU MEEN IT IS STILL DOING THE SAME LET ME FIX IT unquote . i then again said ok no problen and thank you on monday i got a whatsapp saying the car is fixed i can go collect . driving to boksburg again for the 3rd time now . got the car and again the car still not fixed drove it home as for it happened on my way home on the high way i called them no answer whatsapp no answer . i took pics of the termastat that was cut to make it free flowing as if that is going to help the car still overheating plus no comeback from car trade . i wish that people can just be honest about things and tell a person straight what is going on ! Called for quote and my response is absolute disgusting
I phoned in for a quote on a body kit of my car asked 4days long everyday to hear tommorow ill get the quote now after the 4th day i get a response of im not the only client . And if i cant wait maybe i should go somewhere else .
