Be very carefull to buy from caperelief.co.za I will never buy from them again. I bougth the Ortho Stretch Pro shoe, when I fitted the shoe the sole was extremely hard and not as soft and comfortable as described. It hurt my feet a lot. It also felt like one size bigger. It is not a shoe worth paying R1000 for, it is exactly the same shoe you can buy on TEMU and SHEIN for much cheaper. I also had to wait 4 weeks for delivery. It also was delivered with an Uber driver and not courier guy as they stated on the website. It also did not came in a shoe box, just a bag. Exactly how TEMU and SHEIN delivers their parcels. I emailed them for a week everydag to request a refund but still no response. It feels like a ****!! I would rather take that R1000 and buy Scetchers.

I've placed an order online with Caperelief, and after nearly 2 weeks I still haven't received my order. I keep on getting automated responses from "Thandi". I've been ****med it seems. What a disaster. Don't buy from them.

False advertising. Selling shoes as orthopedic shoes made in Cape Town when in fact it's straight from Temu. Exceptional BAD quality at 1k. You can buy better quality shoes from a street vendor. Keeps stalling to refund...they have a 45 day satisfactuon guarenteed return and refund policy. I suspect it's to prevent you from logging it as a ***** case. I'm not seeing my money again.

This is a **** site that advertisers top orthopedic shoes from Cape Town. Products can be found in TEMU and Ali Baba and come directky from China and definitely are not what was promised. No return address despite promising a 45 day returns policy. Needs to be taken down

Wish I could give zero. Please don't buy from them, they charge a fortune then order from Temu. I ordered 1 April, they arrived today, temu has exactly the same as the picture, but the website has false advertising because they have blanked out the Chinese writing on the tongue. Will return tomorrow to see if I ever get a refund

Absolutely shocking experience with CapeRelief – I strongly advise others to avoid this company. I purchased a pair of shoes from CapeRelief because they were advertised as orthopedic shoes with arch support, roomy comfort, and ideal for people who are on their feet all day. This was the main reason for my purchase, as comfort and support were essential for me. Another factor that influenced my decision was the impression that this was a Cape Town-based company, which made me believe I was supporting a local business and that the product quality would reflect that. I later discovered that the shoes were actually shipped from China, which felt incredibly misleading. Delivery was another major disappointment. The company claimed that the parcel would be sent via The Courier Guy, yet it arrived 21 days later through an unknown courier service. As for the product itself, it is nothing like what was advertised. The shoes are made of hard plastic, are very narrow, provide no real arch support, and are extremely uncomfortable. They are as hard as stone. I wear a size 6, and even then they barely fit. To make matters worse, there is already a hole forming at the bottom of the shoe after very little use. For the price charged, this is an exorbitant amount of money for a completely subpar product. The only positive thing I can say is that the shoes do at least look pretty, but looks mean nothing when the quality is this poor. In my opinion, this company’s advertising is misleading, and I genuinely feel that other shoppers may be getting ****med. I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from CapeRelief.
