Poor responding to emails after order received and want to return item. No contact no
<p>After assuming that my contract (24 June ) was cancelled (confirmation from Mondo via Telkom) an amount of R8400 was deducted from my bank account on 27 October!!!!!!! The issues was logged - should I appreciate this I mean really. After numerous and I mean NUMEROUS calls and messages I was informed that the issue "was escalated to management". This morning the status was "we will have our back office team follow up and advise". Advise what?? That the money is still missing from my account and the interest on my overdraft thanks to this deduction is escalating with very little sympathy from my bank manager. So I would like to know who is the "back office" and if they can't succeed who is next chain of command??? PLEASE TELKOM IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS !!!</p>
<p>I have been trying since 26 July to cancel a contract with Mondo Telkom. Left messages they replied twice email and phone but since I have heard nothing from them. In the meantime they just keep deducting payment from cheque account after the tablet has been returned. I AM DISGUSTED!!!</p>
