Paid for UV light, no delivery, no refund proof - Blinggirl took my money
I ordered a UV hand light from Blinggirl on the 8th of April 2026.The website said delivery was FREE. Paid via PayFast, received with reference number *** Order never arrived. When I followed up on WhatsApp, agent said their “system was faulty” and shipping wasn’t actually free, so my order wasn’t processed. I was never notified of this — my order doesn’t even show on my account. Agent told me to send banking details for a refund and said it takes 14 business days. I did. I’ve been asking for proof of payment that the refund was processed. Days later, still nothing but excuses of “sending shortly”. So Blingel advertised free shipping, took my R250 didn’t deliver, didn’t notify me of any issue and now won’t prove they’ve refunded me. I have all WhatsApp screenshots and the PayFast invoice. If I don’t get official refund proof in 48 hours I’m going to the bank and CGSO. Do NOT buy here unless you want to chase your own money.

I am extremely upset with Bling girl
I am extremely upset with Bling girl. In November I ordered and payed for a dust collector and I never got it. They said they were out of stock. I asked for a refund, we are in February and still no refund. Then I asked someone there if I can get gels instead of my refund. I had to pay an extra R150 for courier and it’s been 3 weeks. Still nothing. Bling girl. You are *****’s

UV light return
Good morning I bought a UV light on 17/01/2026 from your Dragon city outlet and it just stopped working. I just contacted your call center regarding your return policy and I was told I can't be assisted without the receipt. I have proof on my bank statement that shows I have made a purchase. I need to know how to deal with the situation. Please advise Also the attitude I got from the call center agent was very disappointing.

UV light return

I couldn’t verify my account on Google so I’m messaging here I’m having problems with bling girl. I ordered a nail dust collector from them end November but it never came. I then called to ask why and they said it is out of stock I then asked for a refund which they never gave me. I’ve called them 4 times and every time they say they’ll call me back but no one has called. This is very unprofessional. My hardworking money is being ****** by bling girl

Now when it is time for my things to be delivered, I firstly had to go to the courier kiosk and I was told that I can't retrieve my parcel because BlingGirl account was in arrears of R6k. Tried calling them, no answer. Tried to WhatsApp them, it 1 ticks. Terrible service, inconvenience on the customer's part. How is it the customer's problem that BlingGirl is in arrears?
