How is the customer involved in the sender's problems?
How did you guys receive the sender's parcel to me as a customer but when I am supposed to get my parcel TCG says that the sender's account is in arrears and that I can't receive my parcel? How is this my fault as the customer??? This is unacceptable.0 replies
