UV light return

Good morning

I bought a UV light on 17/01/2026 from your Dragon city outlet and it just stopped working. I just contacted your call center regarding your return policy and I was told I can't be assisted without the receipt. I have proof on my bank statement that shows I have made a purchase. I need to know how to deal with the situation. Please advise

Also the attitude I got from the call center agent was very disappointing.
