Paid for UV light, no delivery, no refund proof - Blinggirl took my money

I ordered a UV hand light from Blinggirl on the 8th of April 2026.The website said delivery was FREE. Paid via PayFast, received with reference number *** Order never arrived. When I followed up on WhatsApp, agent said their “system was faulty” and shipping wasn’t actually free, so my order wasn’t processed. I was never notified of this — my order doesn’t even show on my account. Agent told me to send banking details for a refund and said it takes 14 business days. I did. I’ve been asking for proof of payment that the refund was processed. Days later, still nothing but excuses of “sending shortly”. So Blingel advertised free shipping, took my R250 didn’t deliver, didn’t notify me of any issue and now won’t prove they’ve refunded me. I have all WhatsApp screenshots and the PayFast invoice. If I don’t get official refund proof in 48 hours I’m going to the bank and CGSO. Do NOT buy here unless you want to chase your own money.
