I am writing to raise a grievance with my experience with a bus I boarded on Sunday the 24th of May, 2026. I was scheduled to be on a bus at 15:45 on Sunday afternoon From Paarl to Port Elizabeth, and I was called Sunday morning, and told to rush to the buses as there was a bus that was leaving at 13:30 from Paarl. I quickly rushed and got to Shell around 13:25. I was then told that the bus had arrived 13:25 which is not true. I was then told to get a taxi to Bellville from Paarl and I had to rush there in order for me to get the bus. On the bus I was told that the route had changed hence I had to make ways to get to Bellville. My biggest frustration is the fact that I was **** to and told that the bus was going to be at Paarl 13:30 and it never arrived, and then I had to spend extra money for a uber from Paarl to Bellville as I was never going to make it on time if I had looked for a taxi. Worst part is that I was rushed when I had planned to spend more time with my family as the main reason I was in Paarl was a funeral. And I can only see my family on holidays. Imagine how horrible my family and I felt going through all of this

On 7 May 2026,the bus that was meant to leave Shell ultra city in Mthatha at 14:30,left at 18:00,with no call from the company to alert. Imagine how cold it was. It ended up arriving in Gqeberha at 04:47, instead of the originally estimated 21:05. This bus is dismal, must be taken off the roads. They do not answer the call centre number, they don't have an an email addres

This is the most disorganized bus company. On 03 May 2026 I booked a ticket to Pretoria which was scheduled to depart 07h00 but the bus arrived 1h30 min late without any communication. Luggages are not tagged for identification which means people offloading before you may take your luggage and you will only realise when you reach your destination. The bus driver lost his way and forgot his pick up points at Bloemhof and another delay was caused because the driver had to make a u turn and for find other commuters which cost time of another 30 min on top of the time already lost...and still no communication to the commuters. This comapany does not respect ots customers and drivers are so unprofessional and incompetetent when it comes to handling customers because the make u turns as they wish, the arrive late with no explanation. Worst part simple things like the charging ports...majority of them are not working in this bus. This is the worst company ever...it is not even competing with rivals such as Big Sky, Intercity by customer service however the proce I paid is equivalent umfortunately I chose it based on my timelines and I swear I will never ever travel with this company and will never even encourage anyone to use this company to travel

Worst bus service ever. I booked bus from JHB to Mthatha, the bus was meant to leave JHB at 6PM and it only arrived at the station after 8:00PM. No communication whatsoever. When we got to Montrose they told us we have to wait for another bus coming from Durban so we can switch buses, another hour wasted. I got to my destination 4 hours later. When you call the helpdesk they don’t answer. I had an appointment now I missed it. I will never ever ever ever waste my money on this bus, EVER!

I have booked my bus ticket 2days before for 19th April 2026 trip to Worcester from Pretoria. I am from Limpopo polokwane whereby I had planned to leave polokwane on the 19th April 2026 at 14h00. I was contacted by a cell number being told that my bus is changed from 18h00 to 16h00. I explained that it was short notice as my trip has been planned. Now I am very frustrated and anxious as I am told via WhatsApp that I should send my ticket and account number as I am going to be refunded the money. Which means the fact that the trip is planned, doesn't mean anything to this company. I tried calling their office lines, with no luck of being answered. I need to report on duty on 20th April 2026 and there are no more busses to Worcester. Which will cost me extra money and unpaid leave. I don't think that some of their clients struggle with mental health which leads too much to anxiety and self doubt. I'm one of those minority clients who is going through a lot right now. Apmwc should not be allowed to operate at all

I had made a booking and the paid an amount of 750.00 for a buss for the date of 22nd March 2026 the bus disnt pit and they have advised to wait we waited an hour and finally didnt get any response. I had to buy another ticktet with another bus service which cost an amount of 1500.00 on that day again, I called and was advised that i was then going to be booked for the return flight however hey then booked an incorrect time whicj i would had no have been able to adeh too they have failed to also refund the amount I have paind of 750.00 Never again and would never egcomend this bus service to anyone.
