I have booked my bus ticket 2days before for 19th April 2026 trip to Worcester from Pretoria. I am from Limpopo polokwane whereby I had planned to leave polokwane on the 19th April 2026 at 14h00. I was contacted by a cell number being told that my bus is changed from 18h00 to 16h00. I explained that it was short notice as my trip has been planned. Now I am very frustrated and anxious as I am told via WhatsApp that I should send my ticket and account number as I am going to be refunded the money. Which means the fact that the trip is planned, doesn't mean anything to this company. I tried calling their office lines, with no luck of being answered. I need to report on duty on 20th April 2026 and there are no more busses to Worcester. Which will cost me extra money and unpaid leave. I don't think that some of their clients struggle with mental health which leads too much to anxiety and self doubt. I'm one of those minority clients who is going through a lot right now. Apmwc should not be allowed to operate at all
