Worst bus service ever. I booked bus from JHB to Mthatha, the bus was meant to leave JHB at 6PM and it only arrived at the station after 8:00PM. No communication whatsoever. When we got to Montrose they told us we have to wait for another bus coming from Durban so we can switch buses, another hour wasted. I got to my destination 4 hours later. When you call the helpdesk they don’t answer. I had an appointment now I missed it. I will never ever ever ever waste my money on this bus, EVER!
transferred money to my brother via eWallet; however, he has been unable to access the funds because he was informed that his cellphone number is linked to another FNB account that does not belong to him. I subsequently requested a refund and submitted all the required documentation to confirm ownership of the cellphone number. Initially, I was advised that the eWallet transaction would be reversed without any fee. I was later informed that a fee of R325.50 would apply, and I have now been told that the funds will not be reversed at all. Although the bank has confirmed that the money has not yet been withdrawn, they are refusing to refund the amount. My money is just sitting idle at FNB, I want my money back - PAY BACK THE MONEY!

Worst service and escalation process. You have to constantly call them to get feedback after being passed around from one department to another. Look elsewhere you’ll, thank me later.

very pricey, ***** and poor service. they have diagnosis machines yet still fail to resolve simple issues, couldn't resolve my EPC light issue after changing sensors. too much trial and error there, you can see by the amount if cars parked outside that little gets done. Decided to give them another try again and that's where they quoted me R25 for something I fixed for R5k, you'd swear they are VW agents. never going back.
Poor network connectivity, towers constantly offline & consistent buffering even on sunny days. I reported this 4 months ago and still no resolution.
