This is the most disorganized bus company. On 03 May 2026 I booked a ticket to Pretoria which was scheduled to depart 07h00 but the bus arrived 1h30 min late without any communication. Luggages are not tagged for identification which means people offloading before you may take your luggage and you will only realise when you reach your destination. The bus driver lost his way and forgot his pick up points at Bloemhof and another delay was caused because the driver had to make a u turn and for find other commuters which cost time of another 30 min on top of the time already lost...and still no communication to the commuters. This comapany does not respect ots customers and drivers are so unprofessional and incompetetent when it comes to handling customers because the make u turns as they wish, the arrive late with no explanation. Worst part simple things like the charging ports...majority of them are not working in this bus. This is the worst company ever...it is not even competing with rivals such as Big Sky, Intercity by customer service however the proce I paid is equivalent umfortunately I chose it based on my timelines and I swear I will never ever travel with this company and will never even encourage anyone to use this company to travel
