False advertisng: ****s:I bought pedestals but they sent pieces of wood and refused my return
Do not waste your time buying from this company. I bought pedestals but they send pieces of wood that needs you to call a carpenter. Then I called them and asked that I return the items, then they said I had already opened it.... How else am I supposed to view what is inside. Their stuff members are so rude and their driver's will lie. The driver said he was going to come back and collect the items but to my suprise the company said, the driver won't be collecting. I'm going to take this company to Ombudsmen

Ahmed's Textiles is worth the drive and the pay-day traffic
While we had to pick up an online order from Ahmed's Textiles in Pretoria, on a busy payday weekend (a bad call traffic-wise, as the area was totally gridlocked with eager shoppers), the staff were all attentive, friendly, polite, and super helpful. Ahmed's Textiles deserves a better location, but you cannot fault them when it comes to value for money goods, competitive prices, and swift in-store assistance.

Ahmed's Textiles deserves a better location, but you cannot fault them when it comes to value for money goods, competitive prices, and swift in-store assistance.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! FALSE ADVERTISING! **** ARTISTS!!
I rated this one star, merely because there is no negative rating! I placed an order on the 8th, and almost immediately received an email confirming the order. Then NOTHING!! After several calls and WhatsApp messages, the order was eventually dispatched on the 16th, eight days later. Eight days of zero communication from your company, pathetic customer service, rude people, and total disinterest. I received the package on the 19th, 11 days after placing the order, and it was NOT the pot that I had ordered!! I ordered a Manheim 15-litre pressure cooker. I received something called Royal Song, labelled as 15 litres, but filled to the brim, it only takes a bit more than 10 litres and filled to the Max line, only about 7 litres. I have been trying since the 19th to get this resolved, and yet again! Pathetic customer service!!! No returned calls, no replies on WhatsApp messages and emails! Rude, disinterested bull**** is all that your staff seems to be capable of! After hours of wasted time, I got a WhatsApp message yesterday saying: "We apologise for the inconvenience We will create a return from our end. Please pack the item back into the box And we will issue a refund" I'm still waiting!!! I ordered the pot because I urgently needed a large capacity pressure cooker. It's now 2 weeks later, and many hours wasted! I still don't have a pot!!! Please refund my money ASAP, as promised!!

Online purchases, no item, no communication either refund my money
Bought items online, till this day those items have not been received. The little communication with them has disappeared. Ahmeds if you can deliver my items, kindly refund my money. Our relationship is not based on me begging your company for something. Its simple, I bought and my items should be delivered as per the online purchase. Adams delivered in less than a day, what is taking forever in sending the glasses I paid for. Even the person attending to their cellphone number does not care

We purchased 3 industrial sewing Machines and 3 overlockers from them in July 2025, and they set them up, we experienced problems in Sep 2025 with one Machine and it was a challenge to get their attention to help fix the machine, I had to drive to the store in Pretoria to ask for them to attend the issue. Now in Nov2025 the same machine they fixed last time and another one plus 1 overlocker is giving us problems, They read and ignore your WhatsApp text, they don't answer calls, their communication channels are not clear, you send a message at 7am they respond at 4pm just before the end of business😔 so that you don't have much time to engage. I must now drive to Pretoria and go shout at them before they assign a technician to come attend to the Machines. I even asked to send a driver to collect the technician and they just read text and not respond😫😫 very frustrating customer service😔

I placed an order and had to cancel it prior to it been dispatched, I was assured I would get a refund, and I still have not received,. These people are *******, don't buy from them. The owner can contact.
