Worst service I have ever had. Do not recommend. My sofa, promised to me on the 3 of November was delivered on the 21 Dec at 8pm. I had to phone and email daily and every day was told that it was on a truck.
Been with them for years and never had a problem. My roof recently blew off and it was dealt with very professionally.
What a joke! Out of the blue, I receive an email with a rate hike from R630 to o R910!! My membership was supposed to stay on the old rate for another 6 months I get nothing for this increase! My husband and I have cancelled our memberships. When you try to call them, you hold for ages because nobody calls you back even when you send a request. I sincerely hope that Virgin gets a huge competitor in this country. They behave like this because they can, there is no competition why would they try to offer great service?

Good Quality Good Service. Delivered when they said they would. When I sent a mail to follow up on my delivery, they responded immediately. You have to budget enough time for your delivery because it does take about 12 working days but that is stated on the website.
