False advertisng: ****s:I bought pedestals but they sent pieces of wood and refused my return

Do not waste your time buying from this company. I bought pedestals but they send pieces of wood that needs you to call a carpenter. Then I called them and asked that I return the items, then they said I had already opened it.... How else am I supposed to view what is inside.

Their stuff members are so rude and their driver's will lie. The driver said he was going to come back and collect the items but to my suprise the company said, the driver won't be collecting.

I'm going to take this company to Ombudsmen
