I've been approved to switch to a bond with ABSA over a month ago. Myself and the appointed attorney's from ABSA have called and sent emails numerous times and no one ever answers or replies. Worst of all is they have the deed to my property, which it seems like I'll never be able to get back from them since its impossible to get in touch with them. The only time I received a reply from them was when I complained here. Then there was an email conversation for about a day. Since then, again no replies or anything

Africa Direct Edubond is the pits, I have with them for a few years now. At the beginning thy are very courteous, now when I send them emails or try to call there is no response whatsoever. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST!!!!! I am currently in the process of trying to switch to a mainstream bank, however they do not want to update my installment amount with the credit bureaus and this is affecting me very negatively. I wish I never met them in the first place.

It has been more than 7 days and no communication whatsoever. I have received threats on my home and family if I don't pay these accounts!!! You have let me down once again! I tried to call several times and no one answers the phone! This is really not acceptable. I was told if I do not pay by tomorrow I will have to bear the consequences!!! PICK UP YOUR CALLS!!!! I phoned more than once today waiting 30 minutes for the call not to be answered!!!! This has been going on since September last year and your communication is really very bad to us!!! I THOUGHT YOU ARE HERE TO HELP. YOU DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, BUT NOT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN SETTLED!!!! You have just made more trouble for me than good!!! My family is at risk! My life is at risk! THIS IS VERY URGENT!!!! I have called many times and no one is answering! What kind of a business is this???!!! When the phone gets answered - the call gets dropped many times. And when someone answers I am told they cannot help me and asks for a message - I don't know if the messages are given through!!! I GET NO CALL BACKS!!!! I really regret doing business with you now!

This is the most unprofessional business. It has been a nightmare for us since we engaged with them. We now have an approved bond with Standard Bank and need to move. I am requesting a statement of account for the registering attorney for 2 days now. There is absolute n response to emails or phone calls. I need my statement of account thus is holding me up and I am not prepared to pay another months of interest. Any suggestion what do I do from here. Please please think twice before engaging with this company.
