So, when I opened my bank app to see how much money is still left in my account for petrol for the rest of the month - I see Platinum Life has already deducted their premium!!! IT'S 21 MAY 2026!!! I ONLY GET PAID ON 26 MAY!!!!! You are vultures! In this economic state you think you can just deduct money from my account whenever you see fit. This is not acceptable and this is not what was agreed. I only get paid on the 26th and that is what was agreed on that this deduction happens when I get my salary!!!! So, give my money back and cancel, because I am not going to stay with a company who does what they want - and please tell your client services people to check before making comments. The premium has increased without anyone informing me prior to the increase! I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR A YEAR NOW!!! NO MORE!!! I CAN USE THAT MONEY FOR WAY BETTER THINGS THAN PAYING A COMPANY WHO RIPS OFF THE POOR AND DESTITUTE!!!! CANCEL IMMEDIATELY!!!! NOW I HAVE NO MONEY LEFT FOR PETROL!!!!! HOW WILL I GET TO WORK????
It has been more than 7 days and no communication whatsoever. I have received threats on my home and family if I don't pay these accounts!!! You have let me down once again! I tried to call several times and no one answers the phone! This is really not acceptable. I was told if I do not pay by tomorrow I will have to bear the consequences!!! PICK UP YOUR CALLS!!!! I phoned more than once today waiting 30 minutes for the call not to be answered!!!! This has been going on since September last year and your communication is really very bad to us!!! I THOUGHT YOU ARE HERE TO HELP. YOU DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, BUT NOT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN SETTLED!!!! You have just made more trouble for me than good!!! My family is at risk! My life is at risk! THIS IS VERY URGENT!!!! I have called many times and no one is answering! What kind of a business is this???!!! When the phone gets answered - the call gets dropped many times. And when someone answers I am told they cannot help me and asks for a message - I don't know if the messages are given through!!! I GET NO CALL BACKS!!!! I really regret doing business with you now!
So i finally received a call after posting a review here. I was told Management will call me... no call from management as yet. After almost more than 6 months of paying - still no service. I have explained why I need to cancel. CANCEL YOUR DEBIT ORDER FROM MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. I will lodge a complaint with the relevant authorities.
They make all kinds of promises about helping people get huge return on investment with Bitcoin trading! It's a lie. They are frauds. They just let you pay more and more and you get nothing!
They are liars and thieves. I have paid over R30000 to get a loan and I got nothing from them. They are frauds. Stay away.
I have contacted Vodacom more than once last month indicating that I have made payment on my account on 26 November of R2000. I have made another payment of R1000 at the end of December. The R2000 is not reflecting anywhere. I have called them more than once. I am now writing this review hoping that their response would be quicker. Everytime I call the consultant tells me that the R2000 payment will be allocated. I have sent the proof of payment more than once as well. How long should it take? They are quick to suspend your service but not quick to assist. My services have now been suspended. Well done Vodacom! You have just lost a customer of many years!
Kannaland Holiday Resort - you are milking people of their hard earned money and ripping them off. I have asked numerously to cancel this membership because I am not using it and will not use it as the holiday resorts are only in the Western Cape and I stay in Pretoria. You have to book well in advance to go on a holiday. This is not for me. The owner Mrs Fourie told me telephonically, I cannot cancel. I asked for a copy of the initial contract and they told me I need to pay R500 to get the copy of the contract. I asked and if I want to give the points away to someone .... she said I will have to pay for the name change and that person will also have to pay them. This is a rip off. DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT WITH KANNALAND HOLIDAY RESORTS! THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE.
I have inherited points from my parents for Kannaland Holiday resort. In this instance I could not say no thank you because it was an inheritance. I now want to get rid of it because I will never be able to go to the resort because it is in the Cape and I live in Pretoria. And when one wants to book a holiday there you have to have a certain amount of points. If you don't then you have to buy/rent a certain amount of additional points to get the holiday. And then you can't book whenever you want to - you can only when it's available. Why should I pay for something I will not be using? I have been trying to cancel the membership and I have also asked for the original contract since August. I have not received the contract nor any positive feedback on this. I have also registered with the agent they referred me to to get my points sold and to date nothing has happened. They also told me there is no way that I can get out of this. I am sure there is, that's why they do not want to send me the contract. This is really unacceptable!
When the plane approached the landing strip at Lanseria I could feel the plane was approaching too fast and the plane was quickly pulled up and had to make another turn for a second attempt to land. This happened on Sunday, 13 October 2019. I saw my life flashing in front of me. And we were screaming a bit. The pilot spoke over the intercom explaining something about wind turbulence? I was not entirely convinced with that explanation? This left me feeling very scared and uncomfortable and not very confident in the competency of your pilot. I hope you look into this to prevent future mishaps.
