No response to emails and no one ever answers a call

I've been approved to switch to a bond with ABSA over a month ago. Myself and the appointed attorney's from ABSA have called and sent emails numerous times and no one ever answers or replies. Worst of all is they have the deed to my property, which it seems like I'll never be able to get back from them since its impossible to get in touch with them.

The only time I received a reply from them was when I complained here. Then there was an email conversation for about a day. Since then, again no replies or anything
