THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!

It has been more than 7 days and no communication whatsoever. I have received threats on my home and family if I don't pay these accounts!!! You have let me down once again! I tried to call several times and no one answers the phone! This is really not acceptable. I was told if I do not pay by tomorrow I will have to bear the consequences!!! PICK UP YOUR CALLS!!!! I phoned more than once today waiting 30 minutes for the call not to be answered!!!!

This has been going on since September last year and your communication is really very bad to us!!! I THOUGHT YOU ARE HERE TO HELP. YOU DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, BUT NOT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN SETTLED!!!! You have just made more trouble for me than good!!! My family is at risk! My life is at risk! THIS IS VERY URGENT!!!! I have called many times and no one is answering! What kind of a business is this???!!! When the phone gets answered - the call gets dropped many times. And when someone answers I am told they cannot help me and asks for a message - I don't know if the messages are given through!!! I GET NO CALL BACKS!!!!
