How can I forget these evil doers. Insured my vehicle with them back in 2021. When it was time for me to claim they started telling about additional excess. I. Warning all new buyers to avoid this company. Run away

The worst Insurance company in the world, worst customer service. *********** staff members, unprofessional and lazy. You never get to speak to the right person who can assist you. They kept transferring me from 1 department to the other for just a simple thing until I get told that the department who can assist just closed and there is no one there whereas I called at 16:45 and kept on being sent from pillar to post until 17:00 when I'm told that department just closed and there is one who can help.

Please I BEG OF YOU!!! Do not join this medical insurance. The service is terrible. And the fact that you actually need their help when you are not well… Will have you opting to use your money instead. I have cancelled my medical insurance. Health is wealth… you don’t need an insurance that doesn’t even begin to fathom the gravity of their entire existence. I was so sick and the only thing they did was just annoy me.

Please I BEG OF YOU!!! Do not join this medical insurance. The service is terrible. And the fact that you actually need their help when you are not well… Will have you opting to use your money instead. I have cancelled my medical insurance. Health is wealth… you don’t need an insurance that doesn’t even begin to fathom the gravity of their entire existence. I was so sick and the only thing they did was just annoy me.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the handling of my insurance claim and the level of service I have received. My vehicle was damaged on 1 March 2026, and I submitted my claim on 4 March 2026. Since then, I have consistently followed up on a weekly basis to check on the progress of my claim. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful feedback or resolution. Each time I make an enquiry, I am given the same response—that my case is still with management awaiting approval/sign-off. This has been ongoing for an extended period without any clear timeline or communication regarding the delay. I am concerned about the lack of progress, poor communication, and failure to provide updates.
