DO NOT JOIN!
Please I BEG OF YOU!!! Do not join this medical insurance. The service is terrible. And the fact that you actually need their help when you are not well… Will have you opting to use your money instead. I have cancelled my medical insurance. Health is wealth… you don’t need an insurance that doesn’t even begin to fathom the gravity of their entire existence. I was so sick and the only thing they did was just annoy me.

WORST WORST Company ever!!
Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend. Definitely cancelling my membership. Their support is a bunch of stupid people. Let it be known that being in a health space means you are dealing with ill/sick people. I am currently unwell and seeing a doctor is a nightmare. Imagine alternating to cash while I am paying for a service. You are the worst in the business.

Horrible horrible service
I am very upset with you guys, I demand a refund, I have not had internet for the past 2 MONTHS. My Isp is mweb. your consultants literally said there is nothing they can do from technical. I called now to ask for a refund and a SHANE JACOBS said he can't assist nor can he transfer me to his manager. I am extremely upset.

Horrible horrible service and customer service
Hi Mweb, I am very unhappy with Vumatel. I have had no internet connection for the last 2 months. I use vumatel and they advised I should contact my ISP which is you. Can I please get my refund.

Horrible service
Horrible service. I called in and no one could assist me. Zero customer service and zero solutions. I will never use mweb products and vumatel again. I don’t recommend. Please refund me my money because I haven’t had network since last year December. Zero network.
