Worst Joburg day lineup ever
worst line up for joburg day. cant believe I saved up and there is no artist i can relate to or even know? you don't even play their songs. really not catering for all your listeners

94.7 radio station absolute incompetence when coming to their competitions
I won a competition, can't beat, on 94.7. I won 3, R1000 one day only vouchers. No one has contacted me, none of my emails have been addressed, in fact my emails keep bouncing, stating that there was a problem sending it to them. I have been calling daily for months and they either don't answer, hang up the phone or transfer me to someone who says they can help and will phone me back but they don't. Those who I have talked to have told me I'm not in the system, Yet I've won , on the 5th, 6th and 7th of May. It is recorded on their platform. I would like actual assistance because this is absolutely unprofessional. They used to be my favorite station but I don't listen to them anymore because of this.

Not a winner after all
I am so disappointed in my favorite radio station I won a prize last year in August and to this day I am still waiting for it I have called what sapped and sent emails with no reply this is so sad because this is such ana amazing radio station that prizes mad my day, yet I could not enjoy it so heartbreaking.

947 you won a prize.....not so great actually.....
I took part in the pop quiz in July, a few days later received an email to submit my information. I have submitted all my details. And was told in the email with 21 working days. It has been well past that. I have tried calling and you can't get through the correct department. They don't respond to emails. I see many complaints before me.....are they ever resolved or do they just fall on deaf ears....

947 you won a prize.....not so great actually.....

I am writing this with horror and disappointment in your radio station. These are the facts that were given (very accurately) by the mother of Aimee. Aimee did the Clash of the School's quiz on the 16 March and won R947. I was told to WhatsApp my email address and ID number and that someone would get in touch with me. I was also told on the day that the money would take around a month to come through. A month passed and I had heard nothing. I then sent a WhatsApp, an email, a Facebook message, a SMS and I tried phoning on several occasions, but there was no reply. Eventually I managed to get through and the person took down all my and Aimee's details and said that someone would send me an email shortly. Nothing... I phoned the person again, gave her all the details again and was promised that an email would be sent to me. Nothing... My Facebook message was answered and they asked me for all the details again. Nothing. Paul then Tweeted 947, but nothing... Paul then sent an email to which someone rep****. That person then phoned me, apologized, and took down my details saying that an email would be sent. Nothing. I then sent him an email asking what was going on and I told him that no email had been received. That day an email was sent!!! It congratulated Aimee and asked for an ID copy and proof of bank account. Following that... Nothing.... Paul then contacted them and they said that the ID name didn't match the account name (we had sent a copy of my ID as Aimee is a minor and they had been using my ID as consent the whole time). A copy of her birth certificate was sent... Following this there has been nothing. No reply saying that they have everything and all is okay-nothing. We have submitted our details on countless occasions, and have had to follow up every time. I think that we've been more than patient! I hope that this helps. Aimee is 11 years old, she has now lost hope in receiving the money. She still loves doing quizzes though... Eric Delmont 072 629 8539
