I placed Order #24010 on 23 April 2026 and was advised delivery would take 3–4 working days. After hearing nothing, I had to follow up myself, only to be told there was no stock and that stock had to come from Durban. Over the following days I repeatedly requested updates and ETAs, but no proper communication was provided. Eventually I received a waybill number (01071664) for Rhenus Express Tracking�, but the tracking showed “Shipment not found”. After contacting Xiaomi again, I was informed the parcel was apparently missing and that upgraded items would be resent. When the parcel finally arrived, the items sent were incorrect. I physically went to Vodacom 4 U with the items received to have them tested and checked. Vodacom 4 U confirmed that the cables sent to me were not the correct items I originally ordered. The packaging I received clearly states “Mi Type-C Braided Cable”, which is not the 6A Type-A to USB Type-C cables I paid for. I received two of these incorrect items. I was then told the matter would be investigated and that I would receive feedback via email because the correct stock was supposedly still available. Despite multiple follow-ups, I am still waiting for proper feedback and resolution. The entire experience involved: Delivery delays No stock after payment was accepted Poor communication Invalid/non-working tracking information Incorrect items being sent Having to physically verify the products elsewhere myself Multiple unanswered emails Constantly having to chase updates Very disappointing customer service and overall experience.

I recently purchased the Xiaomi 15 and I must say I am really impressed. At first, I was hesitant, but I have had my phone for just over a week and I am so happy. my favourite feature is definitely the camera. the battery life is about 2 days if you don't use social media or play games the whole day.

I recently purchased a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20+, and after using it for a week I noticed that it does not mop the tiles properly. I still have to go over the floor with another mop to get the tiles clean. I returned the unit and it was replaced, but the new device has the same problem. It still does not clean the tiles effectively, and I cannot adjust the mopping speed to make it move slower for a better clean. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

I bought Redmi 12 and I must emphasize that what a **** phone it is. It is so slow to open up files, it keeps on jamming for a long time and l had changed the RAM from 2g to 4g hoping it was going to change but to my surprise it didn't. I had spent a lot of money on it. I am so disappointed with the quality of the phone and l usually go for Samsung but l gave Xiaomi a benefit of the doubt that it would be great just like any other. I don't normally write feedback about anything but with this one in particular, unfortunately I had to. It is so frustrating to use this phone but it is still in a very good condition. It doesn't live up to the name of it's company commitments and you sometimes wonder if all models are like that. I must add that I am very disappointed with the brand and l hope someone from Xiaomi gives a call with regards to this unsatisfying gadget. A very disappointed customer. Xiaomi brought out a redmi note 12 with 4gb ram which is totally useless but they don't mind if people shut up about it. These phones are slow as glaciers, you can't upgrade the memory and you spend your day exasperated by having a phone that slows you down. I wish they could take this model back and gave me a chance to continue enjoying Xiaomi. One thing I know for sure, my allegiance to Xiaomi has changed. I used to think they were the best, now I feel that when they **** up they choose to alienate their customers

Xiaomi brought out a redmi note 12 with 4gb ram which is totally useless but they don't mind if people shut up about it. These phones are slow as glaciers, you can't upgrade the memory and you spend your day exasperated by having a phone that slows you down.
