On 23rd of April 2026 I ordered Mi Store Africa Order with courier Hi Nicolette, Just to let you know — your order #24010, is with our courier partner: Order summary Order #24010 (April 23, 2026) Product Quantity Price 6A Type-A to USB Type-C Cable 6A Type-A to USB Type-C Cable ×2 R318.00 Subtotal: R318.00 Shipping: Courier R180.00 Total: R498.00 (includes R64.96 VAT) Payment method: Peach Payments After following up numerous times, I been informed it's from a different branch and might take a bit longer, after another enquiry days later, they informed me it's with the courier https://rhenu***press.pperfect.com/ With a waybill number, that wasn't even captured I contacted them AGAIN parcel lost, they will resend and upgrade my order. Received it yesterday 14/05 but TOTALLY incorrect items. Went to vodacom 4 I to check if it's indeed the incorrect cables... Yes it is, I contacted Xiomi Again via telephonic call, they will investigate, but admitted they do have the correct one, but only one. I have sent emails, asking for updates after they confirmed they will keep me updated... No reply at all [email protected] Their 3 to 5 working days delivery now almost 30 days And STILL NO cable, I ordered 2, but received the "upgraded" incorrect cables. I am very disappointed as the cellphone outlets don't stock these, and ask you to order direct for #Xiaomi Sales • [email protected]
I placed Order #24010 on 23 April 2026 and was advised delivery would take 3–4 working days. After hearing nothing, I had to follow up myself, only to be told there was no stock and that stock had to come from Durban. Over the following days I repeatedly requested updates and ETAs, but no proper communication was provided. Eventually I received a waybill number (01071664) for Rhenus Express Tracking�, but the tracking showed “Shipment not found”. After contacting Xiaomi again, I was informed the parcel was apparently missing and that upgraded items would be resent. When the parcel finally arrived, the items sent were incorrect. I physically went to Vodacom 4 U with the items received to have them tested and checked. Vodacom 4 U confirmed that the cables sent to me were not the correct items I originally ordered. The packaging I received clearly states “Mi Type-C Braided Cable”, which is not the 6A Type-A to USB Type-C cables I paid for. I received two of these incorrect items. I was then told the matter would be investigated and that I would receive feedback via email because the correct stock was supposedly still available. Despite multiple follow-ups, I am still waiting for proper feedback and resolution. The entire experience involved: Delivery delays No stock after payment was accepted Poor communication Invalid/non-working tracking information Incorrect items being sent Having to physically verify the products elsewhere myself Multiple unanswered emails Constantly having to chase updates Very disappointing customer service and overall experience.
After more than 10 years, numerous fault reports, attempts to fix, we are still experiencing internet problems, our internet connection is unstable inconsistent and sometimes non existing. The few times it was "fixed" was the longest period 2 hours. They replaced the cables inside, no luck, they have send an sms due to constant issues to the line telkom will contact me to offer a different internet solution. Guess what... Still not... Please can someone help ? ********** 786 Ping 3000+ paying for uncapped 10mbps currently download 0.09 mostly can not load page....
