Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20+ not cleaning tiles
I recently purchased a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20+, and after using it for a week I noticed that it does not mop the tiles properly. I still have to go over the floor with another mop to get the tiles clean. I returned the unit and it was replaced, but the new device has the same problem. It still does not clean the tiles effectively, and I cannot adjust the mopping speed to make it move slower for a better clean. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.0 replies

Vodacom not keeping up their side of contract.
I did upgrade my Vodacom fiber speed to 80/20 in August 2023, after I did get a good deal from a other ISP also on Frog, So Vodacom said They would give it to me also at R750.00 per month. But every month I have to phone them as they are changing me a very higher amount of R750.00. Last month Warren Heneke from finance said it will be now fixed, but no it is not, again R401.00 extra this month. What must I still do do get this fixed, I want to cancel my contract.2 replies

Difficult to get hold of discovery
Discovery, why is it so difficult to get hold of you. I did put in a claim in Nov/Dec, it was done, but I am still sitting with the old dishwasher that is in the way.
