Viagogo is very bad site for buying tickets.

This is the worst place to book tickets for any event or anything. I ordered tickets for a show in South Africa and then the show was cancelled (all other sites show that its cancelled) but on Viagogo it shows that it will be on another date. Tried to log a complaint for over 5 months and everyte they just end the chat and no one to call. It very very bad.
