PLEASE DO NOT buy any tickets from this website. The tickets are most likely NOT valid. I've burnt my fingers and are using this platform to warn others. Just because they come up first on the Google search results doesn't make them legit. STAY AWAY!

I bought BoyIIMen Concert Tickets from Viagogo on Wednesday, 20 May 2026. I have't recieved my ticket and there no communication. I bought 5 tickets for the show for my boss and there is still not tickets and the money is gone. I might get fired because of this company. They must refund us our money or give us tickets as we have paid. They are a **** and need to be shut down..

I purchased 2 tickets for the Mon Laferte concert on April 25, 2026, and paid $7,062.91 MXN ($407.77 USD). viagogo repeatedly insisted my tickets would be transferred shortly before the event, so I trusted them and drove 4.5 hours to attend the concert. The tickets were never transferred to my Ticketmaster account. Before the event started, I called viagogo customer service and spent time with an agent checking multiple platforms. After confirming the tickets had not been transferred, I was told I would receive a refund within 5–8 business days. After weeks with no refund, I called again and was suddenly told I could not be refunded because I supposedly contacted them after the event—which is false. I have proof I called before the event and proof the tickets were never transferred. Extremely stressful, expensive, and disappointing experience.

I bought a ticket for the Pirates vs Kaizer Chiefs game 26 April 2026. I bought it a few days prior and did not get my ticket. On the day of the event I called and emailed them to find out where my ticket is and they kept on insisting they’ll get in touch with the reseller but clearly did not end up getting in contact with him. I missed the biggest game of the season but they then told me my refund was secured, for the past 3 weeks approaching 4 now I have been calling and emailing every couple of days and they’re agents keep telling me they’ll escalate the matter, everytime I call they say the same thing, no updates nothing I have to be the one to ask for progress. And their website says they have a 10 day policy on refund now we’re heading for triple that time. They are a **** of a company that doesn’t not take customers seriously. Theu charge more than double for ticks, ticks are not immediately available. Hidden charges and poor communication from agents. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. ONCE TICKS ARE BOUGHT YOU ARE STUFFED AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU.
