Viagogo is very bad site for buying tickets.
This is the worst place to book tickets for any event or anything. I ordered tickets for a show in South Africa and then the show was cancelled (all other sites show that its cancelled) but on Viagogo it shows that it will be on another date. Tried to log a complaint for over 5 months and everyte they just end the chat and no one to call. It very very bad.

The Courier Guy Bad service
The Nelspruit branch is terrible in South Africa. I ordered an overnight shipment that I needed asap. They would come up with all different excuses. They were suppose to pick up the order friday. On Monday they let me know that they will collect Tuesday. After they contacted the person where collection was suppose to be. And accused him of holding back the package where that was not the case. Very difficult to get hold of the also.
