Poor Customer Service and ****ming Website That should be closed down

I bought BoyIIMen Concert Tickets from Viagogo on Wednesday, 20 May 2026. I have't recieved my ticket and there no communication. I bought 5 tickets for the show for my boss and there is still not tickets and the money is gone. I might get fired because of this company.

They must refund us our money or give us tickets as we have paid.

They are a **** and need to be shut down..
