I bought BoyIIMen Concert Tickets from Viagogo on Wednesday, 20 May 2026. I have't recieved my ticket and there no communication. I bought 5 tickets for the show for my boss and there is still not tickets and the money is gone. I might get fired because of this company. They must refund us our money or give us tickets as we have paid. They are a **** and need to be shut down..
Good Morning, It really unfair to pay for something that you are unable to use. I have logged multiple queries with Rain asking them to assist with poor network connectivity. It is now more than 8 days without stable network coverage. This affect my productivity. I don't why they don't improve. No one bothers to call me to check if the problem has been resolved. My next step is contact ICASA. I can not be paying for something i cannot use. Yesterday I spent an hour on the call with Hendrico who couldn't solve the problem. I was told I must wait for 72 hours. Why do I have to wait for 72 hours when I will have to pay for the full service at the end of the month? Rain customer service is horrible, thier turnaround time is horrible. I want them to reimburse me for the wasted 5 days. Tehnician must come and sort out thier nonsense. This is such an inconvenience and it is fustrating.
Today my wifi has been down the whole day, when I log the call no one attended to it. I called their call centre support for assistance I was holding for 30 minutes until it dropped and I called again hold for 10 minutes and stopped. Rian customer service is rediculous and I am now tired. Everytime I try to terminate they tell me about the penalty I should pay which is a threat. Last month they promised me additional sim for data I waited for 3 days until I told them not to bring it anymore because they wasted 3 days of my time which is very precious. I dont know what I am paying for because their network is now more down even when there is no loadshedding its down. Worst of them all is that when you call the call centre support no one picks up and I ended up wasting my airtime. Rain service is awful and they don't treat their customer with respect and dignity they deserve.
Last year October 2022, we took one of our company car to Hyundai Woodmead, to be fixed. We were told that were told that there is a problem with the engine, but they did not give us a full diagnosis. We were told we would be given a diagnosis within 3 days. Three days came and pass without a word from the Service Manager Fayaaz Yusuf. We kept on calling Fayaaz to find out what was the problem with the car, he kept on telling us, he was going to come back to us. In March 2023, I went to Fayaaz to ask what was happening with the car what was the problem with it, only then he gave us the diagnosis of the car. I asked for a quote, I waited another two months for a quote. Eventually he sent it, from our side we took a month to approve that quote, eventually the quote was approved on the 12/07/2023, and 50% was paid. We were then told that our car will be ready by mid August, due to parts being imported. We accepted that, mid August came, there was no communication or whatsoever from Fayaaz and Hyundai Woodmead. At some point I drove to Hyundia seeking to speak to the branch manager, staff and other sales representatives refused to call Fayaaz's manager. Two ago Fayaaz promised me that our car will be ready by the 15 September 2023. I agreed but now he has been avoiding our calls nor returning any of our calls. Our business have suffered greatly by this company, yet they did not even bother to offer us an alternative vehicle for us to use while they are the one that caused the delay. We even stop taking any of our cars to Hyundai Woodmead for routine service maintenance, because this is not the only incident we have faced with this dealer. Fayaaz is a pathological **** and can not be trusted with cars. Our car have now spend a year at this dealer not because of our own doing but the dealers.

On the 28 May 2023 at around 10:29 am, I logged the call with Rain Network provider because I couldn't connect on my wifi. After multiple test with the consultant he couldn't solve my query. He then promised me that someone was going to contact me so that the query may be resolved. Today at around 18:35, I contacted Rain again asking why hasn't my query been resolved after 13 days of logging the call and I was told they don't know what happened they will escalate it again. This mean I will have to pay for service that I haven't used for 14 days now. Secondly no one is taking my complain serious. This affects my job and my company. All I need is the service. I spoke to the team leader who promised to get back to me by 19:30 and he didnt bother to return call me. The SERVICE FROM RAIN CUSTOMER CARE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY DONT CARE. I AM SPENDING MY HARD EARNED CASH YET I AM NOT GETTING THE VALUE FOR MY MONEY. THIS IS PATHETIC AND ANNOYING.
