I just want too say I never had any problems with unifi I always get my money on the day I do my loan and within a hour or two and I have been assisted by the one of the best her name is JORDAN she helped me kwik and easy great service from JORDAN

I am not happy with Unifiloans ,on the 20th if April 2026 I tried to apply for a loan however it got declined,on the 15th of May 2026 they debited a certain amount in my account . Unifiloans can I please have my money back

Was on a call with Leethon..., you took the time to listen with understanding and attentiveness and made the proper arrangements tailored towards me. Even going as far finding out more information for me that I needed. Glad I got him on the call as I was trying to handle this matter for awhile now and over one phone call he was able to smooth things out for me. Much appreciated Leethon!

Please dont ever pay to much back I paid account and then they took debit orders i have been trying for days to get a refund They do not answer emails and call centre agents just say matter has been escalated!!!

I am not pleased with unifi services, I have been your customer for sometime now and I have never experienced such services. My account was debited on 24th April instead of the 28th. The 28th it doesn't fall on a weekend neither the public holiday. I had not money in my account expect R150. My account has now accumulated unsuccessful debit order fees per unsuccessful debit it R150. I need you to pay the accumulated funds on my account. Your customer services it pathetic as well I have emailed you a couple of times to rectify this mistake all I get it's pathetic explanation about weekends and holidays which you know that you were wrong about debiting my account on a wrong. I can not keep quiet about this if this matter is not resolved I will escalate it further to the National Financial Ombud Scheme. This is unacceptable.

They deducted money in my account way before my salary date, I get paid on the 29 but they deducted on the 24th, now I am left with no money for the rest of the month. What makes it frustrating is that the money was transferred into my account by a friend and it was for something else!!
