Randomly deducts money on not agreed dates
They deducted money in my account way before my salary date, I get paid on the 29 but they deducted on the 24th, now I am left with no money for the rest of the month. What makes it frustrating is that the money was transferred into my account by a friend and it was for something else!!

Great customer service
Visited the Greenacers branch by the Shoprite entrance for my eSIM today. Received assistance quickly, the guy was friendly and efficient while assisting me. My eSIM swap was activated immediately

What I bought VS what I got (It was too good to be tru)
I took an online deal of 2 phones and included insurance, my invoice only shows the phone instalments excluding the insurance When I received the devices I had to called Vodacom who referred me to the insurance people, called the insurance people and they referred me back to Vodacom who then referred me back to the insurance people who said I need to pay insurance per phone yet when I selected the option online it said nothing about insuring 1 phone when I selected the insurance option Their stuff were full of attitude and unhelpful, they did not even request my details to see what I signed up for Their deals was too good to be true
