I visited the Finance Office at the Soshanguve South Campus of Tshwane University of Technology (Block L) to resolve an issue preventing my Master’s registration, as today was the final day of registration. I was assisted by a staff member, Rodney Lebelo. He informed me that my account had been handed over and that he needed to make a call to obtain a statement. He made the call while I was present. Afterwards, he told me to leave and return later while waiting for an email response. When I politely asked how long the process would take, he became rude and shouted at me in front of other people. This behaviour was humiliating and unprofessional, especially given the urgency of my registration deadline. I am deeply disappointed, as I was simply seeking assistance. I urgently need this matter addressed and my registration issue resolved.

Application department is a mess, both over the call and online system. For 2 weeks now, I cannot upload documents. I called in and they took me step by step as to how to upload, but still, they can't see my documents on the other end. worse part, i have an option of 4 courses when i apply, but they can only see one. I call in, they tell me "maam your application is going to be rejected anyway cause you app**** for masters and you don't have a PGDip, and all the other causes you app**** for says 2025" Only after I loose it, I am told their system has an issue, referred to someone else who asked me to send my documents via email with a screenshot of what i app**** for, and i did attached my PGDip. And I was told, i should check the system later in the afternoon, all my courses will be showing. Over 24hrs now, still not showing, I call in, spoke to Jack, Jack went to speak to Tsakane, and Tsakane confidently said she has not attended to any emails, even after I was told to check the system same afternoon. Can TUT kindly please take us seriously. Next thing I will be receiving a rejection note due to outstanding documents, wherelse it was their mad system. I am also being advised to come to campus, and for what when you have an online system I don't understand. The same way they are at work, I am currently at work, now tell me when and where I should get the time to go sit at TUT the entire day!?

Application department is a mess, both over the call and online system. For 2 weeks now, I cannot upload documents. This is the worse experience ever. We have app**** last year 2025 received student number, 250623240. What was it for if people are can only process documents and not finished the application? To this day, application under consideration. So when is work done when from 2025 to now nothing has been done by our applications? You are told that they are offline yet others are registering, how? How are they getting through or at least status changed? Since we have been waiting. Now we can't register, what is going on. This is sad!

I am disappointed about how TUT has handled the matter with my daughter after she was hospitalized and couldn't attend classes they expect her to pay for the fees for the same causes as when she came back they couldn't not make her catch up which is so disappointing I was expecting better from them since they are the ones who refered her to hospital she has submitted all documentation but they still want her to repeat the same causes and pay again which is not right im am a disappointed mother my number is 0678369629

my son cancelled his registration with them in March 2025 ,it was never done on the system by the call agent and NSFAS paid in money into their account as a result,I send an e--mail to TNT garankuwa campus to inquire about my sons cancelation in June already.This month of August 2025 I drove from the vaal to the institution because they were not replying my e mails,I found the person I've been sending e-mails to,sitting at her desk busy doing her makeup with the headphones on and she claimed she didn't see the e mails but she will reply as soon as she gets a reply from the registrar who she said is not in at that moment so zi drove back home. After a week I sent an e mail again and the lady rep**** to say she is still waiting for the Registrar but she will let me know ..! Why are we getting such a bad service from our Institutions ,at first when I drove there I was told they going to charge me R30000 which NSFAS paid already in the first quarter, which was not supposed to be paid if the cancelation was done. They still did not cancel my sons registration even today and NSFAS paid in money. I will pay R30000 to TNT garankuwa campus for mahala, my son did not study there and I don't have such money to donate to TNT. My son needs to study next year and NSFAS can't approve him as the system shows that he is a student at Tshwane University of technology garankuwa campus

LACK OF COMMUNICATION while in the process of applying and registering. They NEVER answer the phone in the departments. Phindile, online learning never answers emails ([email protected]) nor respond to calls. When you email them, they do not give you direct contact and correct channel. They will tell you to speak to the other departments. They do not allocate fees paid and block you off from registering and when you call, they lie and say you can register whereas they still have you blocked on the system, even after sending POP. No one attends to you. NO ONE ATTENDS TO YOU.
