Unprofessional Conduct by Rodney Lebelo at TUT Finance Office Block L During Registration

I visited the Finance Office at the Soshanguve South Campus of Tshwane University of Technology (Block L) to resolve an issue preventing my Master’s registration, as today was the final day of registration.

I was assisted by a staff member, Rodney Lebelo. He informed me that my account had been handed over and that he needed to make a call to obtain a statement. He made the call while I was present.

Afterwards, he told me to leave and return later while waiting for an email response. When I politely asked how long the process would take, he became rude and shouted at me in front of other people.

This behaviour was humiliating and unprofessional, especially given the urgency of my registration deadline. I am deeply disappointed, as I was simply seeking assistance.

I urgently need this matter addressed and my registration issue resolved.
