Outstanding Online Service
Wow, what excellent service I received from K****tso Seshoka.* I called customer service to request the contact number for the Cosmo City branch, and K****tso immediately offered to assist with my order directly. I placed the order right away, received the payment link, and paid without any issues. The delivery was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. It was a seamless process, and I’m really impressed with the professionalism and care K****tso showed throughout. Thank you, K****tso — outstanding service. I’m giving you a well-deserved 10/10👌♥️

Top tile refuses to refund me
Top tile Edendale in pietermaritzburg refuses to refund me. I saw tiles that i liked and paid for them, befor receiving these tiles i realised by looking at my till slip that the price is hiked from the price agreed upon sale. So i then voiced my concern and asked that they return my funds, thats where the issue began. I was told to draft an email requesting for a refund, i have never heard of such but i did it anyway and i was told its going to take 2days for the funds to return to my account, its been 4days now and still no refund.

Top tile refuses to refund me
Top tile Edendale in pietermaritzburg refuses to refund me. Bad Customer Service
Sales consultant Mapaseka at Top Tile Kimberley was very rude towards me for an in store refund. She told be I need to wait 2-3 business working days as the money is not in her personal account and she is not the owner. She yelled how she is the manager and there is nothing I can do about my complaint it wont go anywhere. Other customers were shocked asnto how rude she was. Mapaseka should not be working with customers as she lacks customer service.

Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Top Tile Bathrooms *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* I bought a concrete basin from them which developed a crack and at this point they were helpful and even delivered to my home a new one. However this one also developed a crack. I was then offered a refund. However I am still out of pocket around $450 because for each failed basin a replacement need to be plumbed in . I was in formed they would not cover installation expenses. It seems very unfair that they are not covering this because of their product failure which I bought in good faith.

Top tile paint has no value neither will they help you
I bought a 20lt pva paint from top tile Uitenhage when I opened the tin the paint was rotten and not paint at all. I used to work for prominent paints so I know quality and I know what a bucket of water is. I returned the paint a week and a few days ago the refused to give me a full refund said they had to charge a handling fee which is insane because they decided to sell a bucket of toilet water. It's been more than a week every be time I call then the waiting period for a refund has a longer fulfillment date. This is unacceptable from a company offering value for money. I know excellent paint and I know b/s

Top Tile delivers
This was the quickest that I have ever bought tiles. They had what we were looking for, price was in the range as well. I made an EFT the morning and received delivery the same morning. Great job Siyabonga you knew exactly what I was looking for and for Kenneth that did the delivery. Friendly and efficient costumer service keep it up.

This was the quickest that I have ever bought tiles. They had what we were looking for, price was in the range as well. I made an EFT the morning and received delivery the same morning. Top T advertise promotions but you better not dare to order the specials. It's never available. Staff are rude. It's one excuse after another Be very careful when ordering from Top T Online webstore. You need to check first with the rudest person at the webstore if they have your tiles. Before you can place an order
