Sales consultant Mapaseka at Top Tile Kimberley was very rude towards me for an in store refund. She told be I need to wait 2-3 business working days as the money is not in her personal account and she is not the owner. She yelled how she is the manager and there is nothing I can do about my complaint it wont go anywhere. Other customers were shocked asnto how rude she was. Mapaseka should not be working with customers as she lacks customer service.
