Im a loyal Rimmel london customer and Rimmel London used to have the best matte liquid lip colour before they changed the packaging and quality. The new matte liquid lip colour is poor quality and not worth the price. With the old one I used to apply just once and have full colour (Fire Starter) but the new one I have to apply about 3 times to have the full red colour. Please bring back the old formula because the new formula is poor quality and doesnt last long like the old one.

I am very disappointed with House and Home. They sold me a wrong table after I showed them the one I want in store and they still gave me the wrong item. They caused distress at my work place looking for me when I was off, they even went to my house to collect the wrong table they gave me and until now I have not received my correct table. Basically House and Home stole from me as I paid for someyhing they took back but did not give my correct table. As much as they made all those efforts to go fetch the wrong table at my house, they should do the same with the correct one.
Sales consultant Mapaseka at Top Tile Kimberley was very rude towards me for an in store refund. She told be I need to wait 2-3 business working days as the money is not in her personal account and she is not the owner. She yelled how she is the manager and there is nothing I can do about my complaint it wont go anywhere. Other customers were shocked asnto how rude she was. Mapaseka should not be working with customers as she lacks customer service.
Now this is the worst courier company ever, they are so rude with bad customer service. They will lie to you about picking up your parcel until you complain and will still give you attitude.
Makro has got to be the worst online store ever. I bought a coffee table online, they delivered a completely different coffee table and when I logged a return they are giving me run aroubd for the nonsense they sent me which was not what I ordered. Table is still not collectef and I do not wnat it because it is not even close to what I ordered. The courier company who was supposed to collect ate so rude. They called me once lying about collecting the table and when I follow up they gave me a very rude response. I will never order from Makro online again.
I just want to thank Portia Farret and Thobeka Xana for helping resolve my complaint quickly. Absa really needs more consultants like them. Thank you to Basani as well for handling the matter well. I just wish Absa would do great from the start and not wait for a complaint first. Thank you once again
Refilwe Matlotleng I am so disappointed with Refilwe and how my claim was handled. I submitted a claim for a damaged phone, my device was collected and with no communication further I am told my claim is approved for a voucher and I cannot get my phone back. No discussion whatsoever regarding a debice that has important documents on it. When I communicated with Refilwe she just told me I cant get it and thata it. I will take the matter further as I need my device back. I had so much faith in Absa Insurance but they are really not helpful towards their clients.
