I tried to buy Saeco filters on the online store (it is only available online) On getting to the payment option I selected Credit or Debit card. On clicking Confirm & Pay now, I get a failure. I am not going to pay directly into a bank account (bacause of *****). I wrote an e-mail to [email protected]. They said the developers fixed it. I must try again. Same problem.

I ordered samsung filter cartridges in January online with you and it arrived promptly and all, but because of one letter difference (between a c and a q) I ordered the wrong ones. I rep**** to the mails that I got about my order that I would like to exchange the cartridges, but no comms on it at all. I sent a mail to the email address on their website, also to no avail. Now I sit with very expensive useless cartridges and absolutely no way to get this resolved. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is my last resort!!

I am so heartbroken. I ordered a stove from their online store. A week later they call me to tell that they do not have stock of the stove. I have scheduled moving into my new apartment around this stove as I cannot afford takeaways. Not only did it take them a week to realize they do not have stock, but I still have not recievwd my refund. The only funds i have left to get myself another stove. I don't even have takeaway budget. They have left me stranded. PLEASE SEND ME MY REFUND

If you want the kind of service one would expect from TakeAlot, do not use this company. I ordered a Phillips shaver, mid March. It took them nearly 2 weeks to ship it to me, and when I received it, it didn't come with a USB cable that I believe should have been in the box. I tried charging the shaver with the charger supp****, but it wouldn't accept a charge. I had numerous conversations via email with their sales rep over the past 2 weeks regarding the problems, and at last 5 days ago they agreed to collect the shaver and credit me. To date it has still not been collected and they still cannot tell me when they will collect it. Everything in dealing with this company is SLOW!

I was hesitant on this store. I thought it could be a **** because they had the cheapest Samsung Earbud Pro 2 in the country The product is legit. Comes with warranty. The team are friendly and fantastic. Really great experience all round

3 Times we've placed an order with Expert Stores via our company link, we receive order confirmation, and then 2-3 weeks later then order is cancelled due to no stock. How do you have items on your site but no stock and why do you take so long to confirm. Remove out of stock items and it will reduce the frustration of going back and forth.
