Top tile Edendale in pietermaritzburg refuses to refund me. I saw tiles that i liked and paid for them, befor receiving these tiles i realised by looking at my till slip that the price is hiked from the price agreed upon sale. So i then voiced my concern and asked that they return my funds, thats where the issue began. I was told to draft an email requesting for a refund, i have never heard of such but i did it anyway and i was told its going to take 2days for the funds to return to my account, its been 4days now and still no refund.
Spar has the worst website, you can not scroll through products, in stead you find E-pamphlets with the current specials and that alone is annoying. Can Spar please improve their online experience
Why do we have to go through so much to cancel an expired contract. My contract expired and I called Cell C to cancel, a month later i was billed, I called in again to enquire about the invoice and i was told I had canceled the contract but not the benefits thus i had to call again to cancel the benefits. I did not know that these were separated and I'm sure majority of the population doesn't either.
A few weeks ago I complained about Leza Lifewise about how they have been debiting from my payslip without my knowledge, as well as with several of my colleagues. I had been to the Pmb branch 3 times and I have never recieved a reaponse. But after my review on this platform Lifewise responded and I'm happy to say that my issue has been solved and my funds have been refunded. I cnt say the same for my colleagues.
Hollard (life wise) has been deducting R100 from my persal, i started noticing last year October. I reported the matter at a branch in Pietermaritzburg, they requested bank statements, payslip and affidavit to lodge an investigation. I went back twice after that, but the issue still hasn't been fixed. I have never been approached by a Hollard agent so i don't know how they got hold of my details
Im definitely sticking to king price. I have had a hassle free interaction with the client service since day 1. Today Katlego helped with a decrease of my premium, I loved the energy and the willingness to assist. 👍🏾 I have been recommending this insurance to friends, and will still do.
Clm assura had been debiting r100 from my Nedbank acc. I do not know these people and I see alot of people have been complaining about the same thing.
