WOODEN HEADS WITH WOODEN RESPONSES RUN LOCAL TIMBER SUPPLY MERCHANT!
I cannot quite understand why a business can actually descouraqe client contact like TIMBACORE! Firstly, I don't want to phone them however many phone numbers they offer. I like comms in writing and at the convenience of both parties. Secondly, their contact form includes an invitation to participate in visual calisthenics that only an eagle can accomplish. Their published [email protected] has been disconnected. Their FaceBook page is guarded by artificial intelligence that cannot accept an enquiry nor offer any interaction. The proffered email address [email protected] also remains inert! What follows is my efforts to make contact over a week plus: "... Bad service
1 year 4 months ago I was charged R850 to move all my sleeper wood to our new address that we bought from them. Unfortunately we have to move again and the price they have us was R5086. 96 ex vat. Unacceptable how can you charge R850 and then all of a sudden R5086. 96. I have called and no one wants to get back to me.

Bad service
1 year 4 months ago I was charged R850 to move all my sleeper wood to our new address that we bought from them. Unfortunately we have to move again and the price they have us was R5086. 96 ex vat. Unacceptable how can you charge R850 and then all of a sudden R5086. 96. I have called and no one wants to get back to me.

Timbacore wood WARPS !
Be warned that TIMBACORE wood WARPS.<br> <br> I had 2 outdoor solid gates/doors (1.9m x 0.8m) made by Timbacore Bellville. Sales process was very efficient. I was assured gates would not warp as it was treated pine and was told that even their wendy houses were made of it. I primed the gates, sealed the holes and gaps and gave it 2 coats of high quality outdoor paint before mounting. When the winter rain arrived, the gates warped and now don't even close. I complained via e-mail twice and sent pictures to Igmanuel, but no offer of any solution/compromise was received. Still waiting for a reply from the owner. <br> <br> So, my opinion is that if you want quality wood then go to a decent timber store - but not Timbacore. <br> <br>
