Empty promises
i was at Canal Walk to buy a bicycle, the salesman Dylan told me the bike has to be send back to the supplier as there was a part missing but as soon as it arrives back to the store he will contact me for collection. 6 days later after i have been calling the whole week i get a call to say the bike has been sold. How can they do that after taking all my details to purchase the bicycle!!! NOT HAPPY

Bad service
1 year 4 months ago I was charged R850 to move all my sleeper wood to our new address that we bought from them. Unfortunately we have to move again and the price they have us was R5086. 96 ex vat. Unacceptable how can you charge R850 and then all of a sudden R5086. 96. I have called and no one wants to get back to me.
