Guys PLEASE BE ALERT..DO NOT BE THE NEXT VICTIM. THIS IS A PURE ****..THIS LETHABO AND MDUDUZI PERSON ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF THEIR MONIES. THERE IS NO FURNITUTE HENCE NO DELIVERY. THESE FEW GOOD REVIEWS ARE JUST THERE AND PREPARED FOR PEOPLE TO FALL INTO THE ****. MY LONG STORY SHORT, BOUGHT A BLACK FRIDAY SPEACIAL IN 2023 WE ARE NOW HEADING TO 2024 BLACK FRIDAY, STILL NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND. THEY WILL ACT LEGIT FIRST FEW MONTHS TO LET YOUR MONEY CLEAR, AFTER THAN DISAPPEAR AND STOP ANSWERING YOUR CALLS. AS I TYPE THIS, I HAD TO CREATE ANOTHER HELLO PETER ACCOUNT BECSUSE THEY KEPT REMOVING MY BAD REVIEWS AND EVENTUALLY DEATIVATED IT, YESSS THATS HOW FAR THEY GO WITH THEIR ****MING BUSINESS. Bring my furniture or my money back @Thandofurnitures
I ordered couches and dining chairs at @Thandofurnitures , I paid monthly until I finished, they promise to deliver by the 5th of May 2024 till today nothing, Lethabo(sales person) is no longer answering my what's app and call, Please help me @hellopeter I need my furniture or my money back

No delivery
Placed an order with Thando furnitures, last payment done about 3 weeks ago. To date no delivery, no refund, no communication. I could not find them at the address given on their bio and to date no delivery.

WOW!!! WOW!!! BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE!!! VERY HAPPY!!!
I had laybyed furniture last year for 6 months to the value of just over R69K and I only finished my laybye end of March this year. Part of the furniture had genuine leather seats and 3 beds because I bought a brand new 3 bedroom house and needed furniture to furnish my home. I bumped into their website when I was shopping for furniture on google and went through their Facebook Instagram TikTok and website and fell in love with their work. Out of the 3 beds I bought from them, I also had my own design for a certain type of bed that I wanted them to do. All I can say is WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! Their furniture is beautiful and my new home looks beautiful because of them.

Good Service and Friendly Staff
I had a nice experience with the workers. Working staff is so friendly and helpful. I bought a new lounge suite from them, they delivered the suite in 3 weeks. On the delivery day some items where not included, which is completely understandable. The delivery guys made a quick phone call and put me through to a gentleman by the name of Lethabo. He apologized for the error and assured me that they will fix it as soon as possible and make up for it. The next day in the afternoon they brought the outstanding items and 2 complimentary footstools. Thank you for everything.

Everything is perfect. Number 1
I just done a review on their google and posted the picture of the furniture they delivered to me. I do not know how to post the picture of the dining set here on hello peter but I just want to thank them. Like I said on the google review my chairs and table have material that is strong and looks and feels beautiful. The type of wood and paint used on the table is very strong and not like my old dining table that will scratch quickly from even the smallest movements. I have so many good things to say but all I can say in summary is that I am impressed with how everything was handled from start to finish for my furniture. Thank you once again for your professional and friendly driver and his guy that was helping him when you guys came to deliver at my place. I did also apologize to them for making them wait for so long because I felt really bad to make people wait for that long because I would never be friendly and so calm if I was in their shoes. So thumbs up for their service and also the beautiful furniture. For those of you who want to see my furniture that they delivered to me then you can have a look at my review on their google reviews because I took the picture of the furniture. Service is good and the furniture is good. Everything is number 1.

Thando Furnitures Refund Nightmare
I paid the deposit for R7500 foe couches that I wanted to buy after seeing their dueniture on tiktok, after they could not deliver i requested for my refund which they said I needed to wait for certain number of working days, I waited and when the time came the owner asked if my funds were in my account which there was nothing, from that time October last 2023 until today it has been a nightmare being sent from pillar to post because they claimed their business account with tyme bank was closed, I want to warn people against this company and their business ethics that are very poor and they will rip you off your hard earned cash, now they are threatening me with a lawsuit if i don't take my comments off their social media platforms instead of refunding me, the owner even promised to pay back my money with additional R2500 just for the delay but nothing to date.

Improve Service
The service we have received is on an acceptable level and can be improved. The furniture we bought for black friday is very beautiful and was delivered on time. But we have not received anything in writing to confirm their warranty for the items bought. When I called they said it is 2 years and 5 years but that was not written anywhere or maybe I missed it somehow and we just need to know exactly the difference between the 2 years and 5 years. Their communication concerning the warranty can be improved but overall their furniture is beautiful.
